Start with reel length and reel quantity

Discuss 500, 1,000 or 2,000 m per reel, or a custom length. Total cable length is reel length multiplied by the number of reels: 1,000 m × 24 reels = 24,000 m. Orders with the same total length may still have different reel quantities and packing requirements, so specify both.

Confirm the reel and outer packing

• Wooden or plastic reels, and whether outer cartons are required.
• Length and quantity per reel, plus labeling or shipping-mark requirements.
• Confirm reel dimensions separately from outer-carton dimensions.
• Distinguish weight including the reel from shipping gross weight and shipment volume.

Provide the destination or China forwarder address

For overseas delivery, provide the country, city and receiving requirements. For delivery to a China forwarder warehouse, provide the full address, contact and warehouse receiving instructions. Confirm product pricing and domestic delivery charges separately; overseas freight and responsibilities follow the agreed trade and transport arrangement.

A clear inquiry checklist

• Company, country, and a reachable email or WhatsApp number.
• Cable construction, fiber count, steel diameters, jacket and color.
• Reel length, number of reels, reel material and carton requirements.
• Delivery address, requested timing and any required test documentation.
